For targeted relief, apply a pea-sized amount directly to a clean fingertip and gently rub onto each sensitive area for one minute before brushing (maximum twice per day). With twice-daily brushing, this toothpaste offers lasting protection from sensitivity while helping to restore the natural whiteness of your teeth.

Directions for Use:

• Brush twice daily and not more than three times per day.

• Minimise swallowing and spit out after brushing.

• For oral use only.

• Not suitable for children under 12 years unless advised by a dentist or physician.
